All domestic orders will be shipped US priority or First Class mail. There is a shipping chart provided.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped in the priority they are received. It will take 10-14 days to be shipped. Please allow 2-3 days additional for postal services.

Do we consider suggestions?

Of course !!! Without your suggestions I do not know what you are looking for and I depend on my customers to let me know what they need. Email and give me the themes that you need. I will let you know when and if I will be able to create that theme for you.

Unfortunately all orders are final. We do guarantee that the product will be the high quality that we have always provided in our product.

How long have we been in business?

Shoestring began doing the scrapbook conventions in 2004. I have personally been scrapbooking for 20 + years. I have managed several scrapbook stores including one that Quick Quotes owned. I have also taught scrapbook classes for years and had the opportunity to teach at the conventions.
